Hi,
I'm Dale, owner of Dale Property Services.  I am a home inspection services company, performing Home Inspections, Termite Inspections, Radon Testing and Radon Mitigation.

I've been in business in the KC metro area 10 years now, and I've been inspecting homes for over 15 years.  In that period I've performed thousands of inspections.  Before becoming a home inspector I gained valuable construction experience as a remodeler and home builder.  I hold a BS degree in Construction from the University of Florida, and a BFA degree from the University of Tennessee.

I am a member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI): member # 244608, http://www.ashi.org/ ; and I participate in the local ASHI chapter, Great Plains ASHI, http://www.ashikc.org/ .

I am a Kansas Registered Home Inspector: Registration # 0110-0097.  (Missouri has no licensing or registration requirement for home inspectors at this time)

I am licensed to perform termite inspections in both Missouri and Kansas: MO License #-NO04337;  KS License #-17909.  (Neither Missouri nor Kansas have a licensing requirement for radon testing at this time, though Kansas is expected to require licensing by mid-year 2011).

I perform inspections up to a 30 mile radius from downtown KCMO before additional charges apply for travel expensis.

I know personally the effects of our weakened economy and how it affects home buyers and sellers...  I've been there and I know price matters.  That's why I'm maintaining lower overall pricing throughout this year.  The standard fee for a 2 bdrm/ 1.5 bath house is between $225 and $300.  My fee of $195 represents an average savings of approximately 22%. As the housing market improves in the years ahead, my overall pricing will rise to reflect market demand, but it will always be competitive.  Yet, $195 will always be my signature price for the 2bdrm/ 1.5 bath house.   

As last year, I intend to stay busy by offering lower prices, but that doesn't mean inferior inspection work, attitude or service.  I have years of experience and thousands of inspections to draw upon in providing my clients with information they need to make important home buying decisions.  Give me a call...
